Earl Winston is a lifelong resident of Lumberton. He is a graduate of John Jefferson High School. His education also includes two years of Junior College and the Prentiss Institute. Earl Winston retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 36 years with the company. He also served three years with the U.S. Marine Corps. |

Earl Winston and his wife, Willie Mae Winston, have 15 grandchildren. He is a Trustee of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Winston has been a Board Member since 1991. |
